Judi Pears   (B.A., P.G.Dip.Psych., Master Org.Psych., MAPS., AFAIM)

Judi Pears (Principal), has been operating her business as a psychologist since 1996.  Prior to establishing her business Judi worked in counseling, teaching, training, and management roles. This exposure to different work environments has been a valuable asset in her work. 

Judi Pears is an Organisational Psychologist specialising in work place well-being. Judi works with leaders and managers wanting more enthusiasm and meaning in their lives. Judi’s strengths are in business coaching, improving leadership skills, and achieving behavioural change. Judi has provided leadership training and business coaching to leaders and managers in both the private and public sectors.

Judi focuses her work on changing attitudes and behaviours to achieve more effective outcomes at an individual, group, or organisational level.  Her work includes coaching, counselling, group facilitation, rehabilitation, and assessment services aimed at enhancing skills, improving performance, developing better relationships, and increasing well-being.  

One of the high points of her career was working on a volunteer basis with local government and business personnel in Siberia, following the collapse of the Communist government in the early 1990’s.  Judi co-facilitated sessions where she worked through a translator - an exercise which really challenged her communication skills!

Nelson Laconi     B.Psych (Hons)

Nelson has engaged in a variety of work roles to enhance his skills in working with groups and individuals. Nelson’s areas of expertise include vocational assessments, rehabilitation services, counselling, and training. 

In 2005 Nelson spent several months working in Chile, South America. This experience has assisted his work in enhancing strengths, setting realistic short and long-term goals, monitoring and providing objective feedback, identifying and overcoming limitations/blocks, and building team cohesion.

Through his psychology training and diverse work-related experiences Nelson has developed a range of essential skills for effective communication and interaction with clients from diverse backgrounds as well as and allied health professionals.


Larissa Polevoda    Dip.Bus (Admin)., MAIOP

Larissa is our Office Administrator and, generally, the first point of contact for our clients. Larissa has been with the organisation since it was established. She has implemented effective procedures which provide streamlined administrative processes. She has a good manner with people and is able to assist clients in a proficient but empathic manner.
